How do I personalize my community forum profile?Once logged into your profile on the community forum, click on your account image in the upper right-hand corner of the forum. If you have not already uploaded a personal profile image, a stock image will be present. Then click "settings". This will bring you to the notifications settings of your profile. While here, you may customize your user experience accordingly. In the upper left-hand corner of your screen, you will see a box with your personal profile image (or stock image) with the an "edit" button immediately below. Click here to further personalize your forum profile.

Where may I download the DMCC logo(s)?There are two versions of the DMCC logo. They may both be downloaded here.

How do I enter a coupon code at time of purchase?At the bottom of the payment prompt, you have the option of entering a coupon code to apply to your purchase. First, make sure that you recieved the coupon code directly from DMCC and that it is not shared from another DMCC member. Enter the coupon code into the appropriate field. Make sure you enter the code exactly as it was provided (note: coupon codes are case sensitive). If you're still having trouble, your coupon has likely expired or has already been redeemed.

How do I access my member dashboard?Once logged in, select the “Your Account” button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. This will display a screen containing information about your membership, profile, and billing. Select “Access Content” in the Membership tile in the upper left-hand corner. This will direct you to the members dashboard where you can access the library, community forum, news and media, and general counsel information.

How do I update or modify my membership information?Once logged in, select the “Your Account” button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. This will display a screen containing information about your membership, profile, and billing. From you here, you can access and view your memberships, edit your profile, and view and update your billing information.

How do I re-download a document I've already purchased?Once logged in, select the “Your Account” button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. This will display a screen containing information about your membership, profile, and billing. Underneath the Membership section, each document you have purchased preiviously will be located here and able to be downloaded again by selecting the "Access Content" link located immediately below.

How may I request additional assistance understanding a document I purchased from the library and/or implimenting it into my DMC?From your dashboard, you may select the "General Counsel" tile and submit your information into the Contact Form located on the Members Contact page. Industry attorney, Paul Cataudella, will reply within 48 hours to schedule a meeting.

How do I create my first post on the community forum?Simply click on any category that you would like to contrinute to. Once that category appears, you may contribute by selecting the "create new post" button in the upper right-hand corner.

Where can I obtain a receipt or invoice for a purchase I made from DMCC?Once logged in, select the “Your Account” button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. This will display a screen containing information about your membership, profile, and billing. Under the "Billing" section, select the "View Charge History" link. This will display all past purchases your DMC has made with DMCC.

Who can participate on the community forum?DMCC recognizes that a DMC may have more than one person in its organization that would like to participate in the community forum. For this reason, a DMC may allow up to three people from within their organization to create individual forum profiles. For detailed instructions on how to create multiple user profiles within the community forum, please view this video tutorial.
