Once logged in, select the “Your Account” button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. This will display a screen containing information about your membership, profile, and billing.
Select “Access Content” in the Membership tile in the upper left-hand corner. This will direct you to the members dashboard where you can access the library, community forum, news and media, and general counsel information.

From you here, you can access and view your memberships, edit your profile, and view and update your billing information.

Underneath the Membership section, each document you have purchased preiviously will be located here and able to be downloaded again by selecting the "Access Content" link located immediately below.

Under the "Billing" section, select the "View Charge History" link. This will display all past purchases your DMC has made with DMCC.
At the bottom of the payment prompt, you have the option of entering a coupon code to apply to your purchase. First, make sure that you recieved the coupon code directly from DMCC and that it is not shared from another DMCC member.
Enter the coupon code into the appropriate field. Make sure you enter the code exactly as it was provided (note: coupon codes are case sensitive).
If you're still having trouble, your coupon has likely expired or has already been redeemed.
DMCC recognizes that a DMC may have more than one person in its organization that would like to participate in the community forum. For this reason, a DMC may allow up to three people from within their organization to create individual forum profiles. Once logged into your profile on the community forum, click on your account image in the upper right-hand corner of the forum. If you have not already uploaded a personal profile image, a stock image will be present.
Then click "settings". This will bring you to the notifications settings of your profile. While here, you may customize your user experience accordingly.
In the upper left-hand corner of your screen, you will see a box with your personal profile image (or stock image) with the an "edit" button immediately below. Click here to further personalize your forum profile.
